Born and raised in San Francisco, Caroline has been surrounded by cutting-edge technology companies for as long as she can remember. Drawn to the start-up space and to working directly on an innovative product, Caroline most recently spent four years at Ironclad, an AI-powered contract management software company. She transitioned from a Legal Engineer, a role requiring technical product expertise to lead customer implementations, to Legal Engineering Manager where she managed a team and spearheaded cross-functional initiatives. Caroline was with Ironclad as it grew from 90 to 500+ employees and raised three rounds of funding. She is excited to apply her operational, product, and customer-facing experience in a high-growth start up to a larger scale and contribute to the Watertower team in identifying and supporting founders who are building industry-defining technology.

Caroline has a BA from Stanford University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School. After over 15 years of competitive tennis and captaining the Stanford Women’s Tennis Team, Caroline loves playing any and all new racket sports; her newest additions are padel and paddle tennis, which she quickly realized are, in fact, different sports.
